How can I get a copy of

What about installing my Indicator Warehouse
products?
No problem! We have
optional installation services, including Upgrading your NinjaTrader
to version 7, installing your Indicator Warehouse products for you, or both
together.
Who supports my indicator?
Our Support is FREE (via email)... If you would like us to call you and
directly access your computer to address your support request, we have a number
of OPTIONAL "do it for you" options available. To learn more about our Customer

May I install my indicator on more than one machine?
We have a 1 to 1, license to computer
licensing model. In other words, you are entitled to use one
active NinjaTrader machine per license. However, additional
licenses are available for laptops, etc. at extremely discounted
prices.
NOTE: No more than 3 licenses per
customer.
How do I find my Machine ID?
Complete instructions for finding your NinjaTrader Machine ID can be found

What if I need to replace my
Machine ID?
No problem. Just send your new Machine ID to
Support@IndicatorWarehouse.com. For a nominal service fee
of $10 per indicator, per machine, we will get everything updated for you.
Note: We give volume discounts for 3 or more
indicators.
Do you offer Trials?
No. However, We offer a risk free money back quality guarantee on all
our indicators. Short trial times create an artificial pressure to quickly
succeed. Trading is hard enough without such an added anxiety.
Do you do Exchanges?
Due to our royalty payment structure to our programmer-suppliers, we are not
able to do exchanges.
What is your Money Back Quality Guarantee?
We guarantee the quality of our software products. In order to
qualify for a refund, you are required to supply the following within the first
30 days after your purchase date - explicit details describing a defect ("bug")
in the product and how the code did not mechanically function correctly.
Note: Failure to trade successfully using the product does not constitute a
defect in the product.
Also, deciding you do not like the product does not entitle you to a refund.
FAILURE TO BE AWARE OF THIS POLICY DOES NOT QUALIFY YOU FOR A REFUND.

Can I still use the indicator after I request my money back?
No. After you request a refund and your money is returned we will
de-activate the indicator and it will no longer function.
Which version of NinjaTrader do you support?
We provide indicators for use with NinjaTrader v7.3 or newer (version 6.5
and 7.2
indicators are available upon request).
How long does it take to process an order and to send me my new indicator?
You should typically expect to receive your order within 24 hours. However,
during busy periods or at weekends it may take a little longer to process.
Do you allow code codifications?
We deal with these requests on a one-off basis. Please send source code

I can't find the indicator I am seeking, do you take suggestions for new
products?
Yes. If you are looking for something specific, or have an idea for a new
