View descriptions and key features of each of the included Bar Counters below:

1. Tick Bar Counter With AlertsClick here to see a chart

  • When viewing Tick bars, this indicator lets you know the number of TICKS remaining in a bar
  • When the remaining ticks get below a user specified percentage, the FONT SIZE of the counter increases and the FONT COLOR changes
  • Includes option to turn on audible warning when the tick Count gets down to a user-specified level

Key Features

  • Warning Level- This is a percentage amount that determines when the visual warning is shown. e.g. a setting of 20 means the font will change when 20% of the bar remains
  • Show Percent- Controls whether or not the basis of the calculations is a percentage or an absolute amount.
  • Time For WAV Alert- If Show Percent is false, this parameter specifies the absolute number of volume remaining that will trigger the WAV file. If Show Percent is true, this parameter specifies the percentage of bar remaining that will trigger the WAV file.
  • Label For Pct Remaining- Lets the user specify the text string that will appear on the output when ShowPercent is true
  • Label For Vol Remaining- Lets the user specify the text string that will appear on the output when Show Percent is false.

2. Time Bar Counter With AlertsClick here to see a chart

  • When viewing time bars, this indicator lets the user know when the bar is nearly closed out by means of counting the seconds remaining in the bar, and when the remaining seconds get below a user specified percentage, then the font size of the counter increases and the color of the font changes to provide visual clues.
  • Also, an optional audible warning is available when the Time Count gets down to a user-specified level.

Key Features:

  • WarningLevel:
  • This is a percentage amount that determines when the visual warning is shown. e.g. a setting of 20 means the font will change when 20% of the bar remains
  • OutputType:
The indicator can display the time remaining in one of these formats:
    1. Seconds – This is the total number of seconds remaining in the bar.
    2. DecimalMinutes – Total number of minutes remaining, expressed as a decimal value.
    3. MinutesSeconds – Standard output of “mm:ss” remaining
    4. PctRemaining – Displays the remaining time as a percentage
  • TimeForWAVAlert:
  • If OutputType is a, b or c (see above), this parameter specifies the absolute number of seconds remaining that will trigger the WAV file.
  • If OutputType is PctRemaining, this parameter specifies the percentage of bar remaining that will trigger the WAV file
  • LabelOnOutput:
  • Lets the user specify the text string that will appear to the right of the numerical output value

3. Range Bar Counter With AlertsClick here to see a chart

  • When viewing Range bars, this indicator lets you know the range remaining in a bar
  • When the remaining range get below a user specified percentage, the FONT SIZE of the counter increases and the FONT COLOR changes
  • Includes option to turn on audible warning when the Range Count gets down to a user-specified level

Key Features

  • WarningLevel- This is a percentage amount that determines when the visual warning is shown. e.g. a setting of 20 means the font will change when 20% of the bar remains
  • ShowPercent- Controls whether or not the basis of the calculations is a percentage or an absolute amount.
  • TimeForWAVAlert- If ShowPercent is false, this parameter specifies the absolute number of volume remaining that will trigger the WAV file. If ShowPercent is true, this parameter specifies the percentage of bar remaining that will trigger the WAV file.
  • LabelForPctRemaining- Lets the user specify the text string that will appear on the output when ShowPercent is true
  • LabelForVolRemaining- Lets the user specify the text string that will appear on the output when ShowPercent is false

4. Volume Bar Counter With AlertsClick here to see a chart

  • When viewing Volume bars, this indicator lets you know the volume remaining in a bar
  • When the remaining volume get below a user specified percentage, the FONT SIZE of the counter increases and the FONT COLOR changes
  • Includes option to turn on audible warning when the Volume Count gets down to a user-specified level

Key Features

  • WarningLevel-This is a percentage amount that determines when the visual warning is shown. e.g. a setting of 20 means the font will change when 20% of the bar remains
  • ShowPercent- Controls whether or not the basis of the calculations is a percentage or an absolute amount.
